In order to book any of our services online, payment must be made in full.

 

Fulfillment Practices:

 

After the invoice is paid in full, the scope of the work process will begin immediately. We will coordinate the time of the session according to the client's availability. Once the contents are created, the client will receive an emailed link to Google Drive where they will be able to access their content. That link will remain active for only four weeks.

Fees:

 

Content Creation:

Any additional content created outside the selected packages will be charged $60 (per content).

Note: content is at a discounted price when purchased through the content creation packages.

Video Editing:

There will be an additional editing fee per project at a rate of $60 per hour.

Traveling Fees:

A travel fee of $45 will apply if the traveling distance is more than 30 miles but under 50 miles.

A travel fee of $100 will apply if the travel time is two to four hours' worth of traveling time.

For any travel that is beyond a 4-hour drive, the client must pay for a flight and traveling accommodations at the destination (e.g. Uber). If the project requires our creative to stay for more than one day, the client will also be responsible for staying arrangements (e.g. hotel & food)

 

Billing Practices:

 

Each contract is valid every month. If the client wants to change packaging and/or services the following month, a new quote will be provided and billed if the client agrees to the new pricing. 

Prices are subject to change.

 

Termination/Cancellation/Refund:

 

The termination goes both ways: the client can end the project if it is not working out to their liking, but a kill fee will be charged.

 

The kill fee is $100 and any expenses incurred as part of the termination. The remaining balance (refund) will be returned to the client on the same day of termination, with a 3-5 business day processing period.

 

Termination can also take place from J.A.S. Media & Marketing LLC if the project is not as presented or gets too difficult. A kill fee will not be charged due to any inconvenience caused to the client. A full refund will be provided to the client on the same day of termination, with a 3-5 business days processing period.

 

By receiving payment for any of our services, the client has read and fully agreed with the terms mentioned in this condition.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We provide this notice to explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the J.A.S. Media & Marketing LLC website.

 

The only personal information we collect is name, email address, and telephone number. Your credit card information will also be collected if that form of payment is used to make your purchase but, that data is only used to process your transaction and is not stored in our database.

 

We use the personal information collected from you to facilitate taking your photographs, communicating with your regarding your photographs and other related products and services, and processing any transaction you may do with J.A.S. Media & Marketing LLC. Such personal information as we collect is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.

 

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

 

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Protecting the privacy of the very young is particularly important to J.A.S. Media & Marketing LLC. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information on our website from those we actually know are under the age of 16, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 16 to provide information to us.

 

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request detailing the error(s). To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. In the unlikely event any of the personal information you supply us online is misused, you may redress these issues by contacting us directly.
